Sapphire Services was founded in 2010. The organization created RBC Consulting Firm, LLC dba Sapphire Services in 2017.  RBC Consulting Firm, LLC has an umbrella of services for their clients’ needs such as professional catering, limo services, and management consulting.  RBC Consulting Firm, LLC is based in Houston, Texas under the leadership of Reginald Bailey, Barbara Bailey, and Chastity Sonier.   


Our unwavering goals are to make sure that our entire clientele experience the following:
